Wasted Opportunity

I’m trying to solve this problem now. I’m learning to ask people what they are working on and what they care about– about the things they know how to do that others don’t.
I want to get better at this too: to understand the people around me, what they’re good at and what they know, and not to be afraid to ask them for help.
